Easy to install and worked perfectly in a porta potty. Perfect light
Great product very bright.
I've been looking for this product for a while. I've seen these used at some venues in their porta potties, and wanted one for mine (Yes I have one for parties, etc..) In any case, it works as advertised, and I have extras I'll use for other applications. Easy to mount if you have a hole saw.
What I love is the sustainability of these lights. Zero batteries, 100% solar, & they last quite a long time on a solar charge. I started with one light, worked pretty great. Ample lighting, but added a second for personal taste. The pair work great. They’ve been in constant use for the last 4 months straight. One stays pretty well charged based on its position in the toilet. The other is blocked by trees, so has to be charged more often. I’d say 1-2 weeks I’ll pull one out and let it sit outside before I go to work. Get home & put it back in. Very happy with them. Just bought two more to have on hand. Very handy.Read the reviews and have had ZERO of those other issues.I’m just renting the toilet, so I found they fit nicely in the built in shelves without any hassle. Easy in, easy out. Oh, and the lady isn’t too happy the bathroom remodel is taking so long, but happy the outhouse is well illuminated.
This is quite ingenious product. Has a screw on plastic nut to seal and tighten the light itself to wherever you install it. The brightness is more than efficient if used for a port-o-potty type of usability. The solar backing provides no upkeep so it's pretty much an install and forget it provided you have the sunlight on the charging solar panel. I am blown away by how long the charge lasts. I bought and installed with very little sunlight actually charging it for the time being and it so far has lasted almost 4 weeks. It has automatic shut off as well when there is no movement to trigger the light to come on. That's also beneficial than a constant running light. You just have to drill the hole to set it in and reach inside and put the screw type fastener as well as water seal ring in and tighten and complete. That simple.
