Best results in one line:
Fully charge in direct sunlight before first use, then mount away from headlights or porch lights so the dusk-to-dawn sensor behaves correctly.
Quick Start (Do This First)
Charge it properly
Place the solar panel in direct sunlight for 6–8 hours before first use. (Shade or cloudy windows can undercharge it.)
Open the User GuideWatch a 30-sec install clip
This quick clip shows the correct mounting + positioning. (Tip: dusk-to-dawn lights usually only turn on in darkness.)
Mount in the right spot
Mount where it gets strong sun, and keep the sensor away from porch lights/headlights at night.

“My light won’t turn on at night.”
Confirm it had 6–8 hours of direct sun. Then check if nearby lights (porch/headlights) are hitting the sensor at night. Reposition, clean the panel, and test in a dark room.
“It turns on… but not as bright or not long enough.”
That’s almost always charging + placement. Move to stronger sun, avoid shade, wipe the panel clean, and allow 1–2 full sunny days to reach peak performance.
