Set up your light, choose a sunny mounting location and get help with everyday operation. Check the model on your product or order before following this guide.
Quick start
Charge in direct sunlight
Place the solar panel where it receives direct sunlight. Follow the charging and activation instructions supplied with your particular model before first use.
Choose the mounting position
Use the mounting hardware supplied with your light. Keep the panel clear of shade from trees, roofs and the sign itself. Check that the mounting surface and fixings are secure.
Check the light after dark
Dusk-to-dawn lighting is designed to operate in darkness. Nearby porch lights or headlights can affect the sensor. Reposition the light if artificial light reaches the sensor.
Installation
Attach the supplied bracket securely, aim the light at the sign face and tighten the adjustable fittings. Confirm that the solar panel still receives direct sunlight. Accessories and mounting methods can vary by model.

Troubleshooting
Why does the light stay off during the day?
The dusk-to-dawn sensor normally keeps the light off in daylight. Check that it has been activated according to the supplied instructions, allow it to charge, and test after dark.
Why is the lighting time shorter than expected?
Shade, cloudy weather and a dirty solar panel can reduce charging. Clean the panel with a soft damp cloth and check its exposure throughout the day. Contact support if the problem continues.
The light still will not turn on. What should I send support?
Include your order number, the model shown on the product or packaging, and a description of the issue. Photos of the light and mounting location can help us identify the correct next step.
Can I replace the battery?
Contact support with your exact model before opening the fixture or buying a replacement battery. Battery access and service instructions must match the product version.
