How do I turn on my light?
Use the instructions supplied with your model. Some solar sign lights use a pin switch; other products use buttons, remotes or a wired supply. Do not apply one model’s activation steps to the whole range.
Will solar work in my location?
The panel needs direct sunlight. Shade, season, weather and the selected operating mode affect charging and runtime. Check this model’s installation requirements; do not assume a stated maximum runtime applies in every location.
Can this light be used outdoors?
Check the selected model’s stated weather rating and installation instructions. Ratings vary by product. Confirm suitability for the proposed mounting location before installing.
Can I replace the battery?
Battery serviceability varies by model and revision. Contact support with the exact model and order number before opening the fixture or buying a replacement battery.
What do warm white and cool white mean?
Color temperature describes the appearance of the light, not its brightness. Lower Kelvin values look warmer; higher values look cooler. Choose one of the options shown for this product. A color option does not mean the fixture can switch colors.
Does quantity mean individual lights or packs?
The cart quantity is the number of the selected product option you are ordering. Check its pack size before multiplying. For example, 5 two-packs contain 10 individual lights.
What should I send when asking for help?
Include your order number, product model, a description of the issue and photos of the installation. For solar products, describe panel placement and sunlight conditions.
